The first step in the immigration process is to assess
whether you qualify for immigration to Canada.
We will personally contact you by telephone with the
results of the assessment and advise you, where
necessary, regarding possibilities for increasing your
eligibility score in accordance with Canadian and
Provincial immigration regulations.
If you agree to retain our services, we will request
that you wire us the government application fees as
well as half of our consulting fee. Our fee will
depend on the service we must provide, and is success
oriented. The government fees will be forwarded, on
your behalf, to the respective visa office along with
your application.
You will then be asked to provide us with more
personal details via our secure web-site, and to send
us required physical documentation such as copies of
your passport, photos, birth and marriage
certificates, school certificates, etc.
Having all the needed information and documents, we
will process all applicable application forms under
the current Immigration Regulations.
We will ensure that all required documents in support
of your application are collected and translated, if
so required. If you wish, you may provide us with
certified translations, yourself.
We will submit the correct application form(s), fees and
all required documentation to Citizenship and
Immigration Canada (CIC).
We will represent you with Provincial and Federal
immigration authorities regarding all the processing
issues that arise after your application has been
submitted. This ensures a more efficient, speedy
process.
If Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) approves
your application, you will be asked to go in for a
personal interview (for which we will help your
prepare) with an immigration officer at the visa
office where your application is being
processed. If the application is submitted and
presented properly, interviews at the visa office are
often waived.
If your interview is successful, you and your family
members will be required to pass a medical
examination.
Upon successful application, your Immigration visa
will be issued, at which time the Right of Permanent
Residence fees will be due, as well as the balance of
our fees.
You will be required to immigrate before the visa
expiration date. If you know, or are expecting, that
your marital status will change before immigration to
Canada, you must notify us before
making the change.
Upon your arrival in Canada, we will ensure that you
receive the assistance you require to make the
transition as easy and comfortable as
possible.
