Pathfinder Immigration Consulting was established by its founder, the late Thomas Hess, in 1975. Carla Hess

Born in Mexico, Carla is an immigrant herself. She is not only the Operations Officer and friendly voice on the other end of the phone line, but is also a licensed Immigration Consultant (member number M041594) having worked as an immigration consultant since 1993. Although heavily involved in the consulting process of all immigration applications, her personal specialty is the Skilled Worker, PNP and Family Class Categories. She speaks English, German and Spanish.

Mariel Helmers

An immigrant from Costa Rica, is the Web-site Manager in charge of the administrative processing and screening of all enquiries and applications made via the Internet. Mariel is fluent in English, Spanish and German. Prior to immigrating to Canada, Mariel was Chief Executive Secretary to one of Germany's largest companies operating in Mexico. Her extensive experience in all technical aspects of business start-up and office administration and financial systems set-up is an asset that is passed on to our clients.
